with all the dogs.

Bob — Robert W. — is a surfer with fifty years of dogs behind him: tiny toy breeds, giant breeds, rocket-fuel puppies, gentle seniors, reactive dogs who need someone calm. He gives oral meds and injections without drama, does baths and light grooming, and sends photo updates from the beach so you can see the run instead of wondering about it.

★★★★★

My dog absolutely adores him and gets so excited for their walks. He’s reliable, caring, and always goes above and beyond. I feel lucky to have found someone I can fully trust with my pup!

★★★★★

My dog took to Bob immediately. Bob is calm and kind and knows exactly how to make animals feel comfortable with him immediately.

★★★★★

He was so patient and understanding with our crazy energetic GSP who went bonkers on him the first time he came alone but now loves and respects him. Robert is respectful and responsive. Highly recommend!

★★★★★

Bob takes great care of our two energetic and strong labs. They are a lot to handle in public and need lots of exercise. We are very comfortable when they are under Bob’s care because of the frequent updates and picture of beach playtime.

Good questions

What kinds of dogs does Bob take?+

All sizes — tiny toy breeds to giant breeds (his own two are 110 pounds each). Puppies, seniors, reactive dogs, special-needs dogs. Boarding is limited to well-behaved, spayed/neutered pups after a meet-and-greet.

Can Bob handle medication?+

Yes — oral meds and injections, with plenty of practice making it low-stress. Senior dogs and special-needs dogs are a specialty.

Where do the walks happen?+

Your neighborhood, nearby parks, or a proper run at the beach. Dog park visits too, if you and your pup are comfortable with that.

Will I get updates?+

Yes — Bob sends photo updates from walks and stays, so you can see the beach playtime instead of imagining it.
